How long does production and shipping take?

Most orders are printed within 2-4 business days. Standard shipping typically takes an additional 3-7 business days depending on your location.

What is your return policy for custom items?

Since each item is custom-printed to order, we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse. However, if your item arrives damaged or with a print defect, we will provide a free replacement or a full refund.

Can I change my order after it has been placed?

We process orders quickly to ensure low prices. You may request a change within 1 hour of placement; after that, the order is sent to our production queue and cannot be modified.

Which file formats do you accept for designs?

For the highest quality results, we recommend uploading high-resolution PNG or JPEG files with at least 300 DPI. We also support SVG and PDF formats.

Do you offer bulk discounts for large orders?

Yes! While we specialize in affordable single-unit printing, we offer tiered pricing for bulk orders of 25 items or more. Contact our support team for a custom quote.

How do I track my shipment?

Once your order has been printed and shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking link to monitor your package's progress.
